Optional website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors use and whether our website helps people contact us. Analytics may use cookies to measure visits, device and browser information, approximate location, and general interactions such as clicking a contact link.

We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or messages entered in our contact forms to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled for this tracking. Detailed Analytics event data is retained for 14 months; aggregated reports may remain available longer.

You can turn optional analytics off or on for this browser. Turning it off does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.

Approximate location and service-area caption

We estimate your city from your Internet connection’s IP address using a local copy of the DB-IP city database on our server. We do not send your IP address to an external location service for this feature. We do not request GPS or precise browser location. See IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

Estimates may be inaccurate, especially on mobile networks or VPNs. The caption does not determine eligibility for service; we serve all of Central Florida. The top-bar caption is determined automatically. If the city is outside our recognized Central Florida locations or cannot be determined, it displays only “Serving all of Central Florida.”

The website no longer offers manual city selection. Previously saved automatic-detection opt-outs are honored until their existing 30-day expiration. Automatic city estimates, including an unavailable result, are cached in browser session storage for up to 30 minutes to reduce repeated lookups. We do not save these estimates to your customer account or send them to analytics. Normal server access logs may record IP addresses for website operations and security. A previously saved detection opt-out prevents further location lookups by this feature until it expires. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes the preference and estimate.
